We build in public
We're shipping our own software products, and growing this newsletter, with the same tactics we write about. Our launches are the lab.
About MAXRadius
MAXRadius started as a working notebook of growth experiments we wanted to run on our own software products. It became a newsletter the day we realized the notebook was more useful than everything we were subscribed to, because every entry ended with what actually happened.
How we operate
01
We're shipping our own software products, and growing this newsletter, with the same tactics we write about. Our launches are the lab.
02
Every tactic passes a four-question filter before it earns an issue: shippable in a week, backed by receipts, portable across products, downside capped.
03
Wins ship with numbers. Failures ship with numbers too. A documented flop saves you more budget than a recycled win ever will.
Who it's for
MAXRadius is written for indie hackers, bootstrappers, early-stage SaaS founders, and the small teams and freelancers around them: people who do the marketing between standups and deploys.
If you have a growth team of twelve and a testing budget with commas in it, you'll still enjoy the teardowns. But every play we publish is chosen so that one busy person with admin access can ship it inside a week.
One tested tactic a week, free. Real numbers from our own products, and a verdict you can act on.
