Every growth newsletter promises tactics. Almost none of them tell you whether the tactic actually worked, for whom, and what it cost to find out. That gap is the entire reason MAXRadius exists.

MAXRadius is a free weekly email for founders and small teams building software and digital products. Each issue takes one growth tactic, runs it through a real test (on our own products, on this newsletter, or on a launch we can verify) and gives you a verdict you can act on.

The format: one tactic, one test, one verdict

Every issue answers three questions in about four minutes of reading:

1. What's the play? The exact mechanic: channel, copy, funnel, cost. Not a vague theme.
2. What happened when it ran? Real numbers from a real execution. When we run it ourselves, you get our dashboard, not a stock screenshot.
3. Should you run it? A straight verdict: who it works for, who it doesn't, and the failure modes that burn budget.

If a tactic flops, we say so. A documented "this didn't work, here's why" saves you more money than ten recycled listicles.

Why you can trust the numbers

We're building software products in public (a documentation platform and a B2B file-sharing tool) and we grow this newsletter with the same tactics we write about. That means every issue can pair the play with a first-party result. We're not reporting rumors from someone else's Twitter thread; we're reporting our own spend, our own conversion rates, and our own mistakes.

No competitor can copy that, and no reader has to take it on faith.

• A tactic we haven't tested or verified.
• An affiliate link dressed up as a recommendation. When we recommend a tool, it's because we use it, and we'll tell you when a link is an affiliate link.
